Think Duggar’s meet Wild. Dan and I have 11 amazing children, and we live our lives to the extreme. What may not be so obvious to the casual observer is that we have extraordinary faith and do not spend one minute of our day worrying about what will come, instead we live each moment like it is our last, because, let’s face it … none of us are getting out of here alive. In fact, Jesus states, “I came so that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” John 10:10
I take that verse literally. I’ve found that being outside, taking risks and partaking in my blessings helps us to truly relish all that we have. What is even less obvious to those who don’t know us personally is we are an extreme adrenaline charged family. Each of us needs a daily adrenaline rush, a quick jolt of fear or excitement acompanied by accomplishment is the best feeling in the world . We whitewater kayak, we whitewater raft, we riverboard, snowboard, camp, hike, climb, cave, dirt bike, surf, mountain bike and so much more. Every day is an adventure in our home and its high time we represent!
