Fighting the flu is no picnic and if you don’t take preventative measures to build up your immune system against the flu, it can take even longer for you to get better. Once you are infected with the flu bug, it will take about two weeks before you start feeling ‘normal’ again. If you don’t want to rely on medications to fight the flu bug, here are ten natural ways that can help you fight the flu:

Home Remedy # 1 – Zinc

Wo never heard of licorice being a cure I’ll have to look into that
